This Department relies in its teaching of comparative materials without being restricted to a specific school of thought, but rather all the schools followed by the majority of scholars of the schools (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, and Hanbali). The developments of the times and calamities through ancient and modern jurisprudence.
This department is also concerned with the study of comparative legal sciences, and it is one of the goals of the department so that a student who is familiar with the rulings of the events of time and its calamities will stand up to every alienation.
