About Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion
The Faculty of Fundamentals of Religion seeks to shape individuals, communities, and the nation according to the principles of Islamic moderation. It is committed to elevating students’ levels of knowledge, scholarship, and spiritual refinement, thereby contributing to the preservation of society in creed, thought, and conduct.
The faculty offers academic degrees in Fundamentals of Religion, including the Bachelor’s, as well as postgraduate studies (Diploma, Master’s, and Ph.D.) in fields such as Qur’anic exegesis and sciences, Hadith and its sciences, creed and contemporary schools of thought, Prophetic biography and characteristics, and Islamic Da‘wah.
It also strives to entrench the principles of authentic Islamic thought, combine tradition with modernity, and contribute to the development of society — particularly in the Dali and Mazmum areas — by promoting religious awareness and sound Islamic knowledge.
